Have this same problem now. It sucks. I've found that sour tastes are what I crave for. A bowl of tomato or minestrone soup usually hits the spot. Or those hot & sour soups they serve at Chinese places. Other than that plain old salted crackers or salted seaweed chips are what I snack on.

I know this is not what you want to hear - especially if you are on a diet -but the only foods that really worked well for me were those that are the worst health-wise: pizza, spicy chicken wings, seasoned fries, ice cream, etc. I typically watch what I eat, however, when I was going through treatment more often than not I would find any food that made me feel better and fuller.

I found drinking Gatorade was the primary way for me to stay hydrated. I had to drink the sugar free stuff but it helped. I ate a variety of things, bake potato, cereal with milk, etc. I hope you can mentally get past enough to stay with enough calories in you.

When I was on FOLFOX it seemed like I could smell the chemicals in food. I avoided processed foods like the plague. Anything fresh was great--fruit esp. I ate a lot of homemade soup.

I remember trying to bake cookies at Christmastime. The vanilla smelled like alcohol to me! I had to have everyone in the house smell it to (try to) convince me that it was OK to use. Almost nothing tasted the way I expected it would.
