Very sorry to hear that.... You did it all, from your signature.... and it seems like the more you are after it, the more it is after you... I do not see any other way than keep removing surgically what is pupping up (if possible) and do Xeloda with Celebrex, to delay the mets appearance and minimize quantity /locations.... Take good PSK, Bio-Curcumin, Genistein and Maitake supplements (from Life Extension Foundation) to help the Xeloda., if you can get them to India.... If not, just take as much Tumeric as possible with fats and black pepper and get Vit C infusions, largest doses you can obtain from the providers ....

This is expected. Any damage to the liver can increase CEA. Hopefully it will now start to decline.

Your right, Voxx, it is expected after any liver intervention, it is kinda early to worry much about it....But I do not like that marker has doubled and the pattern in sdp signature shows fast re-occurence... wondering why Folfiri was not in the picture, though... Sdp, do you know what's with chemo?

Already 24 h after application of SIRT, concentrations of circulating nucleosomes, CYFRA 21-1, CEA, liver enzymes and bilirubin were increased whereas GGT, AP, CHE and activity of lipase and amylase decreased significantly. LDH, CRP and CA 19-9 remained stable during the first 24 h and significantly increased 48 h after SIRT. While this effect was most obvious in cell death biomarkers such as nucleosomes and CYFRA 21-1 it was less visible in surface cancer biomarkers such as CEA

I am not a doctor, but maybe it's too early. 3 Months is usual time for any measurable effect.

Systemic Chemo isn't recommended and regional therapy is advised -

However, after much persuasion I have been able to get the Dr's to agree to metronomic chemo with xeloda and some other tablets - this is off label recommendation By a senior researcher .

Is anyone on a metronomic chemo

HAI Pump at MSKCC is a good liver region option and costs 175K.
But insurance rate is 35K so you may be able to negotiate for cash payment.

Something does not sound right here... 2 liver resections, IRE, RFA, chemo...and such a rapid progressions in the same area...like something old was left there to grow.... May be they just do not know how to resect well, or do Nano Knife properly? I do not know anything about Indian cancer care. Are you sure you are in good hands? And do they do HAI in India? Andy is right, that would be the best option to such a conundrum with liver...
