LGB and Diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer?

Postby Colon Girl » Mon Jan 12, 2015 9:27 am

Boston University School of Public Health Colorectal Cancer/ Department of Community Health Sciences is still looking for LGB and Diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer...

A diagnosis can have far reaching effects both socially and emotionally. Little is known how a diagnosis of colorectal cancer affects the lives of Lesbian Gay or Bisexual men and women, men who have sex with men or women who partner with women. They are conducting a research study to learn about LGB’s unique needs. You will be asked to take part in a one-time phone interview that will last approximately 45 minutes. They will ask questions about your health, medical history, and experiences with the health care system. They want to understand what has been helpful for you and what you were missing.
If you are interested in participating, please call: 1-617-414-1374 or email at cancer@bu.edu.
