My understanding is that to be effective as a potential cure, the cannabis oil must have 1:1 proportion of CBD and THC - that is what the true medical MJ "breeds" of the plant have. I did not try it yet, but am prepared to start at some point soon. I think, the results of the treatment to a great extent are dependent on the quality of the MJ used, besides the characteristics and chemistry of a particular cancer/person. Also, it does matter how we take it - the best way is to take it with the coconut oil, per oral or per rectum (in the capsules). That protects MJ from the stomach acids, otherwise half of the effectiveness is lost. So, too many variables to take into account while assessing it as a treatment tool by collecting data from lay people, imo.
