high ferritin levels

high ferritin levels
Had blood test last month ferritin was 800 which is high but not high enough to warrant any treatment. Seems inflamation from surgery can effect levels and make them higher. I was dealing with a still healing surgery wound from my ostomy in late August. Anyways just wondering if anyone else has had the same experience. I did not even know what ferritin was until she brought it to my attention.
