Can mucinous adenocarcinoma be identified as histological low grade (well differentiated)?
By its nature, is signet cell adenocarinoma histological high grade (poorly differentiated)?

Invasive mucinous (Colloid) and Signet Ring Cell Carcinoma;
Ulcerated.
High Grade/Poorly Differentiated.
Stage IIIC: pT4a pN2a pMX
Hope this helps.
