How did the visit go with your oncologist.
The scan showed my lung mets to be stable. So, we're going to keep on keeping on until something changes. I'm hoping we can induce some shrinkage, though not sure if that's a realistic expectation. But I'm more than happy to be in a stable state, at least for the time being.
The visit went well. Got examined by the doctor herself, which doesn't happen too often. But, it's more face time and some "hands on" interaction with the doc, which I always appreciate and enjoy. For some reason, it's comforting to see a big shot doctor doing the fundamentals, like checking your lungs with a stethoscope and feeling your liver.
