Hey all in NE Ohio! Or those who are up for a road trip to NE Ohio!
The Colon Club is partnering with the Colon Cancer Coalition and putting together a team of runners/walkers for the inaugural Cleveland Get Your Rear In Gear 5K. It's less than two weeks away -- the race date is Saturday, October 4 at Forest Hills Park in Cleveland Heights.
Staci and I and the kids are driving up from the Youngstown area to participate -- I'm on the planning committee and am happy to report that we're getting a pretty good response, but we need more people to help us share the message of "Be Seen, Get Screened!" even more. Join us and Team #ColonClub as we work to raise funds that will stay in NE Ohio....and while nothing's written in stone yet, chances are really pretty good that The Colon Club will be the beneficiary of some of the proceeds to help raise awareness in the NE Ohio area.
