Dear Sheri,
thank's a lot for the update, even if all of us had prefered not to read about Gwen conditions.

Please give her a very big hug and kisses from Italy.

I hope you can copy all the messages on this thread to show to the Princess when she will be bigger; I'm sure she already know, but reading this thread she will see how many people love her fantastic Grandma.

Peace and comfort to our Gwen

Nicoletta

Dear Sheri, adding my thanks to the dozens of members who are so grateful to you for letting us know the status of our dear Queen. Please remind her to keep her crown tilted at a jaunty angle & let her know that her loyal subjects are properly subservient. We adore Gwen and send so much love that she must feel it in her pure soul. Swinging chickens & God bless. XXOXO, Delinda
P.S. Love the idea of printing this thread & others for the Princess! What a gift for a beloved child. Love to Gwen's entire family and circle of friends. Her CC family is standing beside her.

Gwen called my mother this evening and let mom know that she (Gwen) does have an acute bladder infection and they are “giving her something for it”.

Gwen is still heavily medicated. It’s very important that she takes her meds on a schedule and doesn’t wait until the pain kicks in before taking proactive measures. She is supposed to stay “in front” of the pain and not try to “catch up” after it raises its ugly head.

I always knew she was special (she didn’t kill us as children, an looking back she had all rights to do so), but to have all of you think that she is a special, wonderful, faithful gal is very comforting to us in our darkest hours.

We have known this could conclude this way, but have prayed faithfully that it would not. Now that it is upon us, it is more painful than I ever anticipated it could be. Our faith that she will soon be released from the pain and be in the presence of God/Jesus/Holy Spirit is what is carrying us.
God bless you everyone.

Thank you for posting the update. Gwen has been one of the nicest and most caring people here :D

I'm sorry to hear she is not doing well  . I'll keep her in my prayers and hope that the hospice people are doing their stuff and alleviating any pain or suffering.
