Sensitive abdomen and upper pelvis area

Almost 3 years cancer free. I have no rectum, no gall bladder, and a j-pouch. Resection was done Fall 2012. During radiation phase they actually cooked my illeum that they hadnt noticed dropped into my pelvis area. This had to be eventually removed because I was 100% blocked in that area. I now have issues after large BM's that my abdomen area becomes sensitive to touch. A simple touch cause my body to start pushing and I worry about having an accident. Spent many drives with pants undone to keep pressure off of the area when it is sensitive... Any thoughts? Internal inflamation? Dr's look at me like I am crazy about the external sensitivity. I wonder if is has to do with the two instances I was severely blocked.
