I no that this isn't a joke but I had my biopsy yesterday. On the way home I decided to stop at McDonald due to I was feeling pretty good because of the norco. So I ate double cheeseburger fries diet coke. One hour after I got home I started to get sick. Stomach pains vomiting diarrhea. I thought I was gonna die. I said to myself you stupid idiot. What were you thinking.
