Has anyone with lung mets seen complete shrinkage using chemo? Not asking of cure, but NED and a break?

Last August I had 8 lung mets, 5 in the right and 3 in the left. After 3 months of Xeloda and Avastin the 5 in the right lung completely disappeared. The 3 in the left shrunk significantly and I was able to have VATS to remove them. Unfortunately a new node showed up three months later and I am now doing SBRT. I have continued with the Xeloda and Avastin which has been really tolerable for me. Good luck to you!
