It probably is about time to see if your surgery went well. I've been thinking about you my friend. I hope the bumps in your road are close to an end.

Hi all,
I'm hoping to go home today the lobectomy was done with vats so hopefully recovery will be quicker. I don't thin k my lower lobe has fully inflated yet so their keeping an eye on this.

Glad to hear you are doing OK Kenny. Best to let them keep an eye on the lung inflation. Don't want any complications if you can help it that's for sure. Hopefully it will reach the recommended tire pressure soon and you can go home and grab one of those beers!. :D :D :D :shock: Might be a while before you feel like climbing anything except the walls of your room however. :twisted:

I'm home now and feeling pretty well considering they jus took out what amounts to two lobes. I feel pretty lucky to have found a surgeon to do the vats procedure I didn't realize they could do this without a large incision and a little spreading. Now I have one nodule to go in the other lung this should just be wedge resection. Probably in a month.
