I am deeply sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved husband. What an incredible caregiver and support you have been. I pray for the day when some of your grief will be replaces with joy at the memories you two made in your (way too short) time together.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am very touched by what you wrote about being asleep holding hands when the doctors came for morning rounds. My partner has stayed with me every night I had to be in the hospital, and it has meant so much to me. I am sure your husband appreciated your love, care, and devotion.

My condolences to you and your families. I hope you can take some comfort in knowing you gave him so much support. Part of him will always live on in your memories.
Take care of yourself.
Jeff
Went in for surgery for a cyst on my bladder, and they found colon cancer growing on the outside of the colon. Got to have two surgeries at the same time! Stage 3, one node involved.
