thought it wasn't shocking, I was terribly saddened to read about Kathryn's passing on facebook last evening. My thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time. She was an open and caring woman who was always willing to lend a helping hand and share her own experiences to facilitate someone else's journey. Her presence will be missed here on the board --- as surely in her personal circle of friends and loved ones.

This is hard, so difficult to comprehend when such a strong presence is gone. So sad.

Kathryn lived life on her own terms and was a true trailblazer when it came to treatment. She shared her ups and downs and was never hesitant to give advice when she thought she could help someone. Her sharing was a profound gift and her loss will be keenly felt here.
