I agree with the idea of the article and have been told the same by all of my nurses and doctors, however, this article is not accurate with the calorie amount. If you read the comments below article it also states this. 12600 calories is way way to much. I have always been told 30 -60 min. per day is good.

Yeah, keep reading the comments. Someone looked up the actual study, the measurement was juju something or other. Anyway, they are equivalent to 1/4 of a calorie so really talking about a little over 3000 calories a week.
