The Colon Club

Hi All,

I have not posted in a while. As some of you will remember, my wife had lung spots appeared in Aug yearly scans that, thank God, disappeared in November. The news in August put me in severe depression and to our surprise the November scan was Good ( only one 5mm spot there which remained unchanged). We celebrated that and went on our holidays to our home country for about 7 weeks. Just came on the weekend and was greeted by severe Toronto weather.
I did not check colon club as my wife says It is making me paranoid about cancer. I am also planing to seek medical help for my severe depression.Just want to let you know that you are all in our prayers. This forum helped me a lot when i needed it most.

Thank you for the update. It is good to hear that your wife's scan was good. I am hoping that you get help with your depression.

very worried, good for you for seeking help and yes, I too have mixed emotions surrounding the colon club - need it, rely on it, but sometimes I over focus on the negative. but I am so grateful to everyone here.

my husband had a complete breakdown after my diagnosis. we have separated but I'm trying to be supportive of his mental health and he's trying to be supportive of my physical health. in the end, this is a diagnoses that is shared by all who love you.
