It's really tough, and I sympathize. But it's something we all have to go through and the sooner you figure out how to live with the fear and anxiety, the better off you'll be.
It was a fairly long process for me, but it started with the simple realization that "I can't live this way." From there, it was just an evolutionary process. I found a better way to live my life, than living in fear and dread.
You can do it. Get professional help if you need it. Use meds if they help. Exercise and other distractions can be very useful.
