update

Postby vancouver eve » Tue Jan 21, 2014 3:18 pm

I received the results of my CEA since the completion of my sterotactic radiation for a lymph node. My CEA was below 0.5. I have had sterotactic radiation on three areas. Twice for each lung and in Sept. the lymph node. There have not been any issues so far with the treatment. It will be 7 years in May.

That's great to hear, Eve. I got fitted for my SBRT mold yesterday. I'll be having SBRT on one lung met in the next couple of weeks. It seems like it will go smoothly compared to some of the stuff I've had over the past few years. Yes, I'm at seven years from diagnosis right now too. Thanks for sharing that information.

Thanks for all the wonderful comments. I hope things continue to be the same for along time. I wish each poster the same results if possible. One thing I have learned with this disease is the manner in which things change so quickly.
