Hey Jumpman,
I have just realised by the medical worlds standards my mum just reached cured ! Five years since her last met showed up !
To be honest living a good life despite it all became the goal a long time ago and I am sure it played its part in keeping her well generally and connected to life .
Of course life has always something to attend to and her liver has other complications now . But it’s doing it’s job and she is pushing forward .

stage4 2009 significant spread to liver
2010 colon /liver resection
chemo following recurrence
73% of liver removed
enjoying life treatment free
2016 lung resection
Oct 2017 nice clear scan . Two lung nodules disappeared
Oct 2018. Another clear scan .

I most certainly will and hope it pops back down again . My mum’s started doing that around two years ago having never done it before . Scans have always been good so something else is affecting it . It can stay up for a few months . It seems to coincide with acid reflux so now I make sure she is taking her meds in the run up to a scan . But who knows really !
Wishing you every success and lots of room on the boat . Looking forward to seeing your future posts .
