Peeing Blood- Just completed my Radiation

I just completed my 28 rounds of post surgical radiation for my rectal cancer yesterday and last night I started to pee blood. As you may very ell know if you have ever had a urinary tract infection this feels like you are peeing glass shards! OUCH!
I went and had my urine tested and it came back with blood in it and they are telling me this is called Radiation Induced Cystitis. Has anyone ever had this? What did you do for it? I am in a crazy amount of pain and it just doesn't seem right to be peeing red!

Congratulations on finishing! I have seven more treatments to go and I can't wait to finish. I hate every minute if it! I don't know anything about cystitis, but I do hope it gets better soon.
