Wow! Thanks for posting. I think I've seen his name bandied about from time to time here. I'm very skeptical of homeopathic "cures". My SisIL, who died from colon cancer, was a big proponent of homeopathic medicine. Didn't help the cancer one danged bit!

I don't know this guy or anything about him. I do, however, think there is room for alternative therapies in addition to "standard" western medicine. This story, though, seems beyond the pale. I think a case can be made for some people to get symptom relief from acupuncture, for example. I will also say that while I think this particular man is peddling snake oil, he is not alone in the corridors of "standard" medicine centers peddling what I consider false hope.

I agree completely. I felt many times like the oncologists were car salesmen selling a lemon.

Burzynski comes up here on a regular basis so I'm glad this link was added with a post title that will easily show up when searching that name.

And I'm so sorry some of you have had such negative experiences with your oncologists. All of my doctors are amazing; but I know from reading others experiences here this is not always the case. When you have cancer it is critical not only to your physical well being but your mental and emotional well being that you have doctors you trust and can work with.
