Stage IV PET = 1.5cm liver met. HR 4/11/12
14 years since dx and 11 years post liver resection.

Scanxiety setting in ~~ What will be will be, but it doesn't stop me from being scared!

Hi,
My results were mostly good! My liver is normal, the CT scan result was just a perfusion issue and the MRI came back ok! It did show one local lymph node enlarged, but they think it's related to continually repeated infections, rather than anything more sinister. I'll be getting a needle biopsy with an ultrasound, but oncologist was positive that this is not a recurrence. Now far less stressed; I can breath! This is a roller coaster ride.
I really hope others who have posted here also get some positive news; I'll be thinking about you all.

06/2012 DH rare intestinal type Ampullary/duodenal cancer. They extrapolate from colon cancer. FOLFOX 6 been working since Aug 2013. Feb 2014 once a month folfox as maintenance.

OK Jewels, I know Pete is wrapped up in his Giants, and he is afraid to bother me while Matt Schaub is throwing pick 6's instead of eating his Wheaties, but why did I not get this info earlier? Love y'all anyway and stay on top of that met. Oh yea, I forgot Pete is a Yankee fan anyway.
