My cancer markers increased over the last month .
CEA went to 16 from 3
And CA19.9 went to 15 from 9

The X-ray and ultrasound did not show anything last month

I got a ct-pet done and it shows one lesion in segment 4b of the liver , size is 2.5 x 2.6 cms
SUV uptake is 9
This is a totally new spot ! Not related to what was surgically removed last year this time in September.hence am worried.
Also, it seems it took approx a month or so to show up and did not show on the ultrasound or the x ray and the markers were below normal last month.sudden surge !

Just emailed reports to my docs in Germany. They are yet to get back to me.
I guess I will get a RFA done.

Any thoughts or advise

So sorry to hear that sdp. Cancer Sucks, no question about that. Hopefully you will bounce back.
Where about in Germany you are getting treatment if you don't mind me asking.
Your signature says you are in India? Did you try any alternatives in Germany?

I am taking treatment in regensburg - approx an hour away form munich. It is a teaching university.

No I didn't try any alternative treatments in Germany.

Best of luck with your treatment Sdp. I heard about many many German therapies and wanted to know if you have any experience with that. Difficult to know which ones are genuine because most of them are private and charge Big $$$$.
