Just stumbled on an italian/english blog/website of a young italian woman of 30 y.o. where she documented her story with a lot of details and proof of medical records. Federica unfortunately past away a few days ago due to peritoneal carcinomatosis. You can also find nice poems and very personal thoughts of Federica during her battle. A story of courage and hope!

Reminds me of how blessed I am even with the stage IV designation. What a vibrant and lovely young woman and it just seem right that she's gone and I'm still here and we got our diagnoses in the same month and I'm 20 years older than she is. As I just wrote on the Stage IV thread, another one of cancer's mysteries...
