This is a great thread! I really enjoy reading about your successes and what is working for all of you. I just past my 2 month mark from takedown and have found success with taking 1 probiotic and 1 fiber pill per meal. I've been using the Digestive Advantage with lactase. I believe many of my issues were tied to dairy which I now try to avoid. When I do have dairy I make sure I do some lactase with it. The last few days for me have been terrific.

I too am a huge coffee fan, but I always water it down by half so am not taking in that much. I also use Peets coffee which is rather expensive, but worth it....perhaps it is a better quality roast. I makes sense to me though that coffee could cause issues for us as it is a well-known irritant for those suffering from IBS, gastritis, Crohn’s disease, colitis and ulcers.
