As a nod to the idea that many of us are dealing with CRC survival and ongoing treatment as a "chronic illness "
... I just thought I would add this recent article dealing more with the mindset and things we CAN change.

How to live with chronic illness

Key points – How to live with chronic illness

It’s not about going back: it’s about moving forward.
You write the narrative.
Shift your vocabulary.
Make lifestyle changes.
Pace yourself, learn your limits, and set boundaries.
Seek the right support.
Allow yourself happiness and fun!

Cheers and best wishes to all on the Journey
and the many folks who have already contributed to this topic from way back in 2008 !
