I hope things get better for you Ann. I am too going to try the Gas X next time I have problems. Like you said, the daily enema is the best thing for me as it has given me a sense of normalcy. Like I told the Dr., the only negative is the fact that I have to do an enema to feel normal. But, if that 30 minutes a day can give me my life back that's fine. When I think of all the places and events I had to leave or not attend because of bathroom issues, or the stress I would feel going worrying about an issue arising without notice, I can't believe what a simple solution the enema is.
