Our moms headstone (Terry)

Postby 3sweeties » Sun Mar 17, 2013 10:50 am

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share our moms headstone with everyone. Jaynee and some others from this site came together and bought a headstone for our mom. We are so thankful to you all!!!

I hope this works.....

Absolutely beautiful....I am so happy for you that this all worked out with the headstone. I stii have not done for my DH who passed in September. It's something I still need to do, but haven't really put much thought into as its hard still.

You girls are amazing daughters.

I love this picture of her. Though I never met her, and sometimes we didn't agree on things, I always admired her convictions and appreciated her feisty nature. I think that's why i love the picture...she's just got that look about her like "don't mess with me, you're gonna lose!" :)

Glad it came together for you all.

Shana & Holly,

What a beautiful headstone!! Your mom was a wonderful person and she raised two caring and loving, sweet young women. I think about her often...

Hugs to both of you~

It's lovely. Thank you for sharing. Your mom was a very special lady who loved her girls very much. I often think of you both and know that you have been going through some upsetting times with your dad. I hope that things are a bit better. Please check in with us from time to time. You are always very welcome :D

She looks super sassy! I love it. I have never seen a photo like that on a headstone, it's lovely. I am so glad that you were able to do this for your mother. She deserves it and you guys are awesome daughters. I am glad that you were able to honor her in this way.
Take care of yourselves. I am sure she would be very proud of you.

Your mom was very kind to me when I was new here and scared out of my mind. That is a wonderful tribute to her.
I'm just a dude who still can't believe he had a resection and went through chemo (currently 13 years NED). Is this real life?
