My husband is there now. They are sending him over to see another doc soon. He is blond and will definitely be wearing a baseball cap due to no hair on the back of his head. His name is Scott if you see him and want to say "hello". He has a black/gray Columbia jacket and will have his carry on luggage with him. He does not know my screen name so if you approach him just ask him if he is DeAnn's husband. He just had his first scan since starting the hai pump treatments.

Joan -

He just got on the bus to go see a surgeon at the other location. He said he will be back though so maybe you will run in to each other then.

Small world! Well if you see him again you will know who he is. I told him someone from the forum was there so feel free to say 'hello'. So far, mixed results from the scan. I will post more when I know more. I am attending the appointments via speaker phone this time.

You may have passed my dad and my sister there today too. Not sure. She is darker skinned, short, with dark short hair, heavy set. He wears glasses, is bald from chemo, got a huge smile, about 5'11. This was his first time there.

That's not what I heard  !!..

Good to see you here again, Steve. FYI, not ignoring the FB "friending" by fellow CClubbers, it's just that I am pretty much never there and DIS-like FB a lot, so thinking of shutting my account down permanently.

Here is where you will catch me, multiple times, most days.

Cheers and best wishes

Haha, alright then. FB is good and bad... I can't decide if I want to shut mine down. I like it for sharing/posting photos but otherwise, it's a bit obnoxious.

mlibertone -- looks like I'll be missing you by a day. For anyone else, I'm eating dinner with two friends at an Indian restaurant within yelling distance of Sloan on 53rd Street this Thursday night. Let me know if you're free between 8 and 11pm...
