Not to be political here, but Tony Snow of Fox News and new press secretary for President Bush, is a colon cancer survivor. He was diagnosed at age 49 in February of 2005. His mother died of colon cancer in 1973.
Hopefully, Mr. Snow could advocated education and awareness in his new position. Also every now and then he could say "Pssst, George, sneak a little more funding to the NIH and CDC."
