Good luck in getting the insurance to pay for the drugs. My husband had prostate cancer 2 years ago and the Dr. wanted him to start taking Cialis every day for a while until things got going again. We went to the pharmacy and was told that insurance would not pay for any of it. Here where we live the script costs $398 per month. Of course we could not afford it so he didn't get any. The thing was it wasn't like he just wanted to take it, there was a medical reason for him to take it but the insurance absolutely would not pay of it.

Okay, so if it's $43 per pill, then there is the time factor to figure in. Would one feel more satisfied with his investment if it lasted 4 hours and required an ER visit like the commercials suggest?

Just a little over a week into my dx, and I'm thinking that no amount of Viagra in the world would ever make those parts function again. Glad to hear that there is hope for that in the future!

Now dealing with pyoderma gangrenosum.

I was able to give my wife the best thirty seconds of her life and it only cost me 43. Bucks.
I wish chemo worked like that. I figure with the celebrex, xeloda, and Viagra my chances for a heart attack may be up butt who gives a f@&$.
