Kevin passed away at about 1:41 am, I had laid down for 15 min and for the first time in two days actually fell asleep, I was so tired and then his mother woke me up and said its time, I got out of bed and was able to witness and be with him during his last moments. It still has not sunk in, as I am on here writing about this and staring at him. It is true that your animals can sense what is going on as I witness the two of mine today. Tonight at the moment of it all, our cat came to the room and with the family here, my cat never comes around, she only loved Kevin. She tolerates me, but doesn't like anyone else and you can see that in her hissing at anyone that comes over, but tonight she came right to our bedroom door during it all.
For the last 2weeks, she has stayed away since family had been around.

Dearest Lisa, I am so incredibly sorry for your loss of Kevin. Its clear how much you loved each other from your words.
