I'm new here but have watched your daughter's posts and am glad you are still here. I wish you the absolute best and have prayed in my own way for you.

Terry, thanks for the update. I'm hoping you get into the drug trial. I can sympathize with the pneumonia. When I had it about a year after chemo, I was never so sick. The cough can take a long time to end. My best to you.

Went in for surgery for a cyst on my bladder, and they found colon cancer growing on the outside of the colon. Got to have two surgeries at the same time! Stage 3, one node involved.

It is absolutely fantastic to see your post!! I was so excited when I saw that you had posted on FB the other day too!! I still pray for you and your family daily! I pray that you can get into that trial and that it works beautifully for you. I will never forget what a help you were to me about a year ago. I am so glad that I had the opportunity to meet you when you were at Froedert - you are a special lady, Terry!!

Terry-it is SO good to see your post!! :D I kept up on your posts from your daughters and my heart just goes out to you. You have been in my prayers. You are strong. Just so happy to see you are feeling a bit better!!

So glad to hear from you !! I miss seeing your posts, Your insight and humor!! But I'm so thankful your daughter kept us updated!!! 5 weeks of pneumonia???!!! That sucks!!! I'm sooooo glad you're over that!! Now they need to get you in that trial ASAP !!!!!

I'm praying for you, darling!! Ive just in the last few days heard someone say that as far as their onc was concerned this was the most exciting time in his career with all the promising therapies out there! You can beat it back down Terry ! I just know it!!!

Terry, haven't really gotten to know you but I want to say that I was just thrilled to read your post here after knowing how sick you were! Your attitude and strength are amazing - you must be such an incredible and positive person. No wonder everybody loves you! I wish the best for you and hope you stay comfortable and that you get into that trial.
