With saddness my darling Rachael passed away on Saturday at home in the loving arms of her mum and dad Rachael managed to face her cancer bravely and with dignityand was able to remain at home with the aring support of her community medical team. Take each moment of each day with quality and face the challenges that present the moments we walk beside each other is all we have embrace life.
take are of one another and feel the warmth of nature love together these special moments.To all going through this journey take each day each of us together love to you all mum

Oh I am so so sorry to read this. I clicked on your thread but it was the last thing i expected to read. I am so sorry. I know you are a nurse and I am sure Rachel had the best of both Mum love and professional care at home. I really am shocked and saddened to read this. I know you tried everything for Rachel and supported her hugely and I can only imagine your pain now.

I am so, so sorry for your loss of your precious daughter. She will always live on in your heart and your memories. She is as close as your heart, and always will be....

I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I have an aunt who also laid to rest her two children, something that no parent should have to ever face once, let alone twice. My heart felt condolences to you.
