Xelox 6 rounds, NED
Lung mets Oct 13
Laser surgery Germany Jan 14. 3 mets left lung.
Laser surgery UK Jun and Aug 14 one met each lung, NED
Aug 14 Started Xeloda and Celebrex (ADAPT)
June 20 CT shows nodule, bronchoscopy confirms is scar tissue, still NED
Dec 20 stopping Xeloda continue celebrex, cimetedine
Aug 21,March 23 scans show still NED
March 2023 CURED - discharged from Oncology, no more scans or follow up

I am so sorry for your loss. If I remember correctly you both took a vacation earlier this year. May you and your family find comfort in the memories that you all shared together.

My prayers are with you during this tough time. I am so happy too that you guys won the Valentine's Day picture, I thought that was just a lovely picture of you both. I had my girlfriend at work even vote for you guys, to help you win the contest.

I can't even imagine how you feel right now, I hate this freaking cancer.

God gave you so much strength...I pray for positive energy for you to get through the next few tough days. Peter is now pain free.
Colonoscopy 3/10 for ? hemmorrhoid.
Diag Colon Cancer 3 days later
Colon Ressection 3/30/10
Stage 3B 5/14 Nodes positive.
Power Port and 7 months of Chemo
Port removed 11/11
8 negative Cat Scans..... 10 years cancer free and Discharged from Sloane Kett!!
Diag age 47 , now 57 Mom of 3 boys.

2003 is a long time. I am sorry I don't know your husbands full story but that is a long time to fight. I am glad he is no longer suffering and that he doesn't have to fight anymore. My deepest condolences to you during this very difficult time.
