Prayers for all of you .....good scans and results for everyone. Just had mine this past week at Mayo MN and Thank God NED at 18 months post DX ... praying for many more. Prayers for all.

Sending you all big shout outs...for good news...I just had my scan on April the 6th and will get my results this friday the 20th. This last scan had me all mental and stressed out...I finally just told myself....ENOUGH...I'm back in a better state of mind and I'm wishing you all the same:) love to you all xoxo deb

Confirmed for April 17 0900h. It's funny how since they confirmed my app't time, my anxiety level has really increased.

I got my scan this morning. The technician said" My, you have lost some weight since the last time you were here." . I had to confess that I had gone through 6 weeks of chemo/rad, two surgerys, and 1 intermitant hospital stay, since October. The rest of the procedure went very efficiently, and not much more was uttered by the tech

Put me down for a CT on the 20th. This will be #5 or so--I'm starting to glow in the dark!
Hard to get away from that anxiety thing--depending on what they find, life can change real quick. On the other hand, you have to continue living life as best you can.

Hey all,
Best of luck this week! I will be having a CT on the 18th. This is after almost 3 months off chemo. Not expecting much since the most recent PET was good and laparoscopic 3 weeks ago only had a tiny spot. You just never know though until its done and over with.

I am scheduled for the 19th. I am 2.5 years past diagnosis. Yep, just scheduling the darn thing and a flood of emotion and anxiety come to life. In between scans I am fine, but the month of my diagnosis and at scan time, I am a wreck.

My onc's assistant just called and said" the doctor just wanted you to know your PET scan came back excellant". I guess that makes me NED 
I was surprized this didn't require an office visit. I sure am glad I recently switched oncs!

I don't have a scan scheduled but I go see my Onc tomorrow, follow up and labs. I have a question, I finished chemo in Jan of 2011, last scan was June 2011, how often do they normally do scans after you've completed treatment? Thanks

I had my scan this morning. Even after 5+ years, I still get a little nervous (being honest). Hopefully my GP will send me a quick email telling me everything's ok. If not, I pick up the results tomorrow for my surgeon (appt this Friday - 4/20 - ironically 5 years to the day from my surgery) and I'll get to read them then.
