Could for you planning a trip. My port is out, about three weeks now. Still a little sore when bumped but not like it was when in. Getting in 10000 steps daily and at least 5 to 10 minutes of strength training, shot for 20 minutes but only make it about 3 or 4 days a week.
Preanesthesia call next step.
Can’t wait for the next step to be done, start figuring out what is next. In the mean time I am eating all the foods that are going to be a challenge afterwards, or I suspect my bea based on what I have read. Spicy Mexican food are a challenge now with stoma pain. But enjoying kimchi, raw veggies, beans....
We are getting there Adele.

I don't like hearing this MC Pudd :( ,but I get it in relation to comfort and quality,,,, many people have had good results with Avistin,,,,!!!!!!!!
We are all only a phonecall away from a life changing event,,,,," EVERYONE"
We are slightly fortunate ( if I can say that ) if we survive a bit because we get the chance to grab life with both hands,,,,, Many don't get that,,,,,
Do the things we put on the long finger ,,, see the people we love,,,,
If cancer doesn't get us something else will ,,,,
THERE IS ACTUALLY MANY WORSE THINGS
I hope to see u here very often keeping us updated
Thanks for the well wishes,,, fingers crossed,, Thursday will be uneventfull
