@Buckwirth - Crazy coincidence! Don't know you're age - but my Blake is 54 and we rarely run into other "Blakes." I've read your updates and read that you are out of options...... I also (along with CRGuy?) think you should pursue going back & doing some of the older treatments. I sure hope you can find something that works for you!
