My beautiful, beautiful mum passed away early afternoon. She left us the way she would have wanted to, quickly and without pain.
She's in the stars now, and in my heart forever.
Mum peritonitis 09/10
Colon resection 10/10
Mets on liver, peritoneum and LNs
Folfiri 02/11
07/11 tumours grow back
08/11 Folfox + Avastin
10/11 Vectibix

Oh Liz. I am so sorry. I only replied to your earlier post a few hours ago. I know how much you wanted that miracle for her, especially a wish to share Christmas with her. I feel so bad for you. I know all your posts showed how much you loved her & I know the distance between you in miles faded away in your hearts. I am so sorry. Am sure u are busy organising flights. Take care dx

I am so sorry for the passing of your mom. Our parents leave a big hole in our lives for a long time. We experienced that with my father-in-law. It was a blessing that she was able to go without pain.

Dear Liz, I'm so sorry to read about your dear mother's passing.....it is so hard for you and your family. My own mother passed away many years ago on the 6 December and I still miss her very much.
