Well, I was pleased to hear from Dr. K this morning that the Xeloda is working--my two lung mets have shrunk and we're going keep on keeping on until they're history. So that's good. I mentioned my ribcage pain and she went back and checked my recent CT and PET scans and says that nothing shows up. But just to be on the safe side, I'm getting a bone scan at Sloan's main campus and hospital in a couple of hours (they shot me up with the radioactive juice about an hour ago). Hopefully that will be negative. My guess is that it will.
So all in all, good news so far. Halloween in NYC tonight. Interesting to say the least.
Thanks all--gotta run. Thought you'd want to hear the good news.
