I'm sorry for your loss. Sounds like you are aware of your reactions (sad, angry, etc.) which to me are of course healthy responses. I hope you find peace with it soon and completely understand the concerns you expressed.

Very sorry to read about you dear Mother's sympathy to you
Clarabelle, Mother of Deborah who has CC with mets to liver + lungs.
Has been on Folfiri then 5FU + Oxi
Lung Mets progressed
Currently on Intravenous Vit C + diet + supplements
My darling girl passed away 18.8.2011

I'm so sorry for your loss. Condolences to you and your family during this most difficult time.

rectal cancer - April 2004
46 yrs old at diagnoses
stage III C - 6/13 lymph positive
radiation - 6 weeks
surgery - August 2004/hernia repair 2014
permanent colostomy
chemo - FOLFOX
NED - 10 years and counting!

Hey there,
My mom's situation seems SO MUCH like your mom was just diagnosed in Aug with 3C, had surgery and just started folfox. I am new so can't pm yet...can you pm me? I would love to talk and ask questions.

17 Sept 11 DaVinci resection/temp. illeostomy
16 nodes + (reg and nonreg)
24 October 11 Round 1 FOLFOX
