Sammie, call your doctor's office today and tell them you need to see the doctor asap because you're "passing blood." That's all they need to hear and they'll make room for you. Odds are your doc will assess your situation and refer you to a specialist. What you're describing could be caused by lots of things, but you need to get it checked out as soon as possible.
Or, go to the Emergency Room, if you prefer. Same result, but probably quicker, depending on your regular doctor's availability.

The fishy smell is probably caused by blood sitting in your digestive tract and becoming partially digested. I know from experience how that smells, and it's not pleasant, but that's probably what's causing the odor.
