Anyone have any experience with a growth in the middle of the incision post surgery. It was in my fatty tissue. Had it removed. Turned out to be same adenocarcenoma that was in my colon. My onc said that what happened to me was very rare (less than 1%). He is recommending chemo now. I was stage 11a when I had my hemicolectomy in dec of 2008 (no chemo needed then). Now he says I have a higher risk of future disease.
