The Colon Club is helping with an educational video to help younger people learn about their risk of HNPCC - Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colorectal Cancer. If you have HNPCC and might be willing to talk about it on camera, please email me off-list at hannah@colonclub.com.

Please let me know the following (doesn't have to be a long story):
1. Brief family history (if anyone else in your family has had HNPCC or HNPCC-related cancers).
2. Have you had the genetic test for HNPCC?
3. Which gene did you test positive for (if you know): MLH1, MSH2 or MSH6?
