the post of your kidding me got a response 6 i see they had the time for that im sure that most people cant answer everyones questions but think about the size of the membership i dont think someone would look at a post twice so when you see a post that had over 200 -300 veiws and not one reply do you realy think that not even one person had a somewhat simular experiance ..??? unless it is something very very off the norm then you could see that most things are very simular we are talking about one type of the anatomy the colon a you still have it b you had all or part removed c you a cancer and there is a stage to all cancer d you have a colostomy or illostomy all in all 4 basic different thins different experiance with them but the bottom line is the questions asked are the same just a little different each time so out of that 250 no one has the time to respond but they hope they get the answers they need .. seeeeelfish

Please keep in mind that big brother is watching, whether you sign in as a guest or not. I know who you are. Please keep the insults to a minimum.

I've only been a member here for a while (8 cycles in chemo time) and it amazes me that people have nothing better to do than cause trouble in a group for cancer patients. I think this is the 3rd or 4th troublemaker since I've signed up. Thanks Molly for your monitoring although it baffles me why it should ever be needed. This place is a great resource and has so obviously been helpful and comforting for so many of us here.

Well, of course people are going to read anything that Ralph posts on here (Is that really his name? I'm sure I read that somewhere.). He's fascinating! He's got a childish obsession with trying to antagonize people on the forum, a love for pornography that he is eager to share with all, a courageous disregard for spelling and grammar, and his delusions of self importance make for wonderful reading. I, for one, think he's awesome and look forward to everything he posts! He's like Michael Richards AND Don Imus rolled up into one colonclub-posting train wreck of a bitter, expressive person. On a day when I've been thinking about a potential recurrence and cleaning out my car after someone broke into it last night, his post was a lovely diversion. As Ralph, himself, would probably say, "well i jus do my part i gry to hep peeple with canser forget for a minute. they got other things to werry about ... its my pleaser."

I guess I can see that. I liked DiscoClub for the entertainment value before he got insulting. It must be my chemo brain, but I reread his post and its like some kind of puzzle to figure out what he is actually writing. Maybe if I double my dose of oxycodone & chase it with some good bourbon I could get in the proper mindset.

Oh Rodney - you made me laugh my butt off tonight; that was great. I'm just back from a week in Nova Scotia. I come to this web site not as a colon cancer patient or survivor, I come to encourage others, meet new friends and put my two cents in when I feel like writing. or can intellegently give some kind of advise. "Greg" has been invited to sit on the podium at a colon cancer event entitled "Smart Ass" Golf Tournament in Toronto Canada sometime in Sept. I think. Tim Nelson is the guest speaker; it's being sponsored by Pentax and NHL Hall of Famer Darryl Sittler whose wife died of colon cancer 8 years ago.

I can envision my web page now...."Greg Kelley accompanied Tim Nelson at a colon cancer event in Toronto Canada, Tim did all the speaking.

Bottom line (no pun intended) "spread the word any way you can".
Together....we can make a difference!
