Made it through surgery woohoo.

Postby Loopy369 » Mon Jun 18, 2007 12:53 pm

Hi all,

Had my op on 6th and luckily all was straightforward. Awaiting path results to see if I need more chemo or if I can just have the ileostomy reversed in three months time.

Although I knew it would happen I still wasn't prepared for my out of action bottom to start functioning to pass mucous - most uncomfortable and unpleasant but it's settling down now.

Quick question - I've passed two tiny staples today - I'm guessing this is normal, but will check tomorrow when I go for a check up.

Must go empty my bag.................
