Mucas

Postby NICK THE BRIT » Sat May 26, 2007 10:14 am

Hello guys and gals,

Not the most pleasant of topics but hey we're all in the same boat so here goes. Im almost 12mths since surgery and nearly 3 mths since reversal. Things are improving albeit very slowly. But i have noticed that when i am going for a "No2" it often follows with mucas. Not all the time but a good few. My bowel care nurse said it was nothing to worry about. Just wanted to see if anybody was in the same boat?

cheers
nick

I did experience mucous as well, nothing to worry about though, it went away.

Hey Nick,
I had the same thing after my resection. I freaked out and called my surgeon. He said it was very normal and not to worry.
Good Luck
God Bless, and Believe
