Hello,
My husband has stage IIIc colon/rectal cancer. He had surgery to remove the tumor that was just barely above the rectal area. His oncologist put him on folfox and avastin and said he may have to have radiation. Well
he has just finished his 8th round of chemo and now his doctor says he can continue and do 12 rounds and then do 5 1/2 weeks of radiation or
stop now after 8 rounds and do 5 1/2 weeks of radiation with 5fu. He is really having a tough time with making a decesion. His doctor said either was was good. I would really appreciate any opinions or thoughts.
