White spots were found and biopsy was done yesterday. Has anyone heard of this? Was not told much. A little concerned. Was told it could be due to medication except I do not take any. I was given pictures of the procedure except I am not an expert and have no idea was I am looking at.

What is a 'white spot'?? I'm only making a wild guess here, but are you talking about the doc finding white spots during your colonoscopy?? The reason I ask is that there have been some reports stating that a particular prep, Visicol, can cause white spots to remain in the colon (residual stuff from the tablets themselves). Could this be what they are referring to?????

I took trilyte for the prep. It was found at the beginning and at the end of my colon. A internal hemorriod was also found. Went to gastro with bleeding, constipation and mucus. Also have elevated liver panel.
